An a/b-HSQC-a/b Experiment for Spin-State Selective Editing of IS Cross Peaks
نویسندگان
چکیده
A generalized version of the TROSY experiment allows the spin-state selective editing of the four multiplet components of N–H cross peaks of amide groups in proteins into four different subspectra, with no penalty in sensitivity. An improvement by Î2 in sensitivity results, if only two of the four multiplet components are selected. Use of the experiment for the measurement of JHN coupling constants is discussed. A water flip-back version of the experiment is demonstrated with a 45 kDa fragment of N/H labeled Staphylococcus aureus gyrase B. © 1998 Academic Press

Resolution enhancement in multidimensional solid-state NMR spectroscopy of proteins using spin-state selection.
We show that the resolution of homonuclear multidimensional solid-state NMR correlation experiments can be significantly improved using transition selection and spin-state-selective polarization transfer techniques. The selection and transfer of single states allow the removal of the J-coupling contribution from the line width in both the direct and indirect spectral dimensions. This is demonst...
متن کاملBi-Gyrogroup: The Group-Like Structure Induced by Bi-Decomposition of Groups
The decomposition $Gamma=BH$ of a group $Gamma$ into a subset B and a subgroup $H$ of $Gamma$ induces, under general conditions, a group-like structure for B, known as a gyrogroup. The famous concrete realization of a gyrogroup, which motivated the emergence of gyrogroups into the mainstream, is the space of all relativistically admissible velocities along with a binary mbox{...
متن کاملThe structural and density state calculation of B Nitrogen doped silicene nano flake
In this paper, we study the effect of single Boron/Nitrogen impurityatom on electronic properties of a silicene nano flake. Our calculations are basedon density functional theory by using Gaussian package. Here, one Si atom insilicene nano flake substitutes with a Boron/Nitrogen atom. The results show thatsubstitution of one Si atom with single Boron/Nitrogen atom increases distanceof impurity ...
متن کاملAmino-acid type identification in 15N-HSQC spectra by combinatorial selective 15N-labelling.
The efficiency of cell-free protein synthesis combined with combinatorial selective 15N-labelling provides a method for the rapid assignment of 15N-HSQC cross-peaks to the 19 different non-proline amino-acid types from five 15N-HSQC spectra. This strategy was explored with two different constructs of the C-terminal domain V of the tau subunit of the Escherichia coli DNA polymerase III holoenzym...
متن کاملCorrection to Simultaneous Quantification and Identification of Individual Chemicals in Metabolite Mixtures by Two-Dimensional Extrapolated Time-Zero 1H–13C HSQC (HSQC0)
Quantitative one-dimensional (1D) (1)H NMR spectroscopy is a useful tool for determining metabolite concentrations because of the direct proportionality of signal intensity to the quantity of analyte. However, severe signal overlap in 1D (1)H NMR spectra of complex metabolite mixtures hinders accurate quantification. Extension of 1D (1)H to 2D (1)H-(13)C HSQC leads to the dispersion of peaks al...
