Information Sharing in Teams of Self-aware Entities

چکیده
We present our SAAVE (Synthetic Attention-span for Autonomous Vehicle Environments) technology. Originally designed for an unmanned vehicle (UV) application, SAAVE can be used to provide effective, mission-focused, low-bandwidth information sharing among teams of unmanned vehicles or other robotic entities. SAAVE combines system capability and mission effectiveness monitoring and introspective information management with an optimized gossip protocol to efficiently share mission-critical information among teammates.
