A Quantitative Estimation of Chlorides in the Blood

medical practitioner. A frequent estimation of the chlorides is impossible by the ordinary test owing to the amount of blood which would be required and it moreover is tedious, dirty and laborious compared to the simple method I use. The method is based (I think, but I am open to correction) on the principle of diffusion, and though rough and ready I find it serves my purpose well, and I have no means at my disposal for working out tables and corrections which I propose to discuss after describing my test.
