Workload effect on Adversity Quotient through Emotional Quotient as Intervening Variable in Palu City Supermarket

This study aims to examine the workload of employees that affect adversity quotient either directly or indirectly through emotional as an intervening variable. The research participants were 108 supermarket in Palu City who taken randomly from 26 outlets which according their proportions. results obtained indicate effect on can be weakened if there is affects and quotient. In conclusion, this provides a different perspective work environment. Another scientific addition reinforcement for individuals survive workload. It possible other quotients strengthen role world work.
