Abstract A way of harvesting water from the air that avoids discontinuity adsorption/desorption cycles is theoretically analyzed. rectangular prism-shaped adsorbent bed immersed in low-humidity air, at an angle to horizontal and subject a temperature gradient between two opposite open faces. The other four faces prism remain isolated. Water adsorbed on colder face, causing density surrounding parallel surface, results self-sustained continuous flow. On flow surface also arises, but this time due hot face. In addition, its higher causes desorption adsorbent. This overall exchange produces enrichment content one streams crucial produce harvesting. performance Al-Fumarate, MOF-303, SAPO-34 Zeolite 13X tested, unveiling key factors increase rate concentration enriched phase.
