Tissue culture optimization for Lallementia royleana L. an important medicinal plant

O estudo foi realizado para desenvolver um protocolo eficiente a cultura in vitro de Lallementia royleana e analisar o efeito varios hormonios em sua capacidade cultura. Na organogenese indireta, calogenetica avaliada com os melhores resultados (100%) 1 mg L-1 benzil aminopurina (BAP) 2 combinacao acido indolacetico (IAA). regeneracao explantes peciolo folhas, nos entrenos foram cultivados filmagem varias concentracoes BAP cinetina (KIN). valor maximo (80%) obtido das partes nodais 1,0 0,5 KIN.
