The Preliminary Research on Shifts in Maize Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Communities and Symbiotic Networks under Different Fertilizer Sources

چکیده
The use of chemical fertilizer along with organic is an important agricultural practice that improves crop yield but also affects soil biogeochemical cycles. In this study, a maize field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects NPK (NPK), (OF), and their combination (NPK+OF) on properties, bacterial fungal community structures, diversity compared control (CK, without any fertilizer). results showed application OF NPK-combined increased matter (OM), total N, P, available K levels. For alpha analyses, fertilizers led decreases in Shannon indices (except for fungi). Compared CK, NPK, OF, NPK+OF fertilization treatments significantly abundances Acidobacteriota, Gemmatimonadota, Basidiomycota. Network analysis produced fewer connections among microbial taxa, especially OF. A redundancy combined Mantel test further found OM, N P were main soil-fertility factors driving variations. Therefore, using or biological improve status C, promising method maintain balance microorganisms field.

Functional Potential of Soil Microbial Communities in the Maize Rhizosphere
Microbial communities in the rhizosphere make significant contributions to crop health and nutrient cycling. However, their ability to perform important biogeochemical processes remains uncharacterized. Here, we identified important functional genes that characterize the rhizosphere microbial community to understand metabolic capabilities in the maize rhizosphere using the GeoChip-based functio...

Soil microorganisms have important influences on plant growth and health. In this study, four black pepper fields consecutively monocultured for 12, 18, 28 and 38 years were selected for investigating the effect of planting age on rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil microbial communities and soil physicochemical properties. The results revealed that the relative abundance of the dominant bacte...
متن کاملCan Transgenic Maize Affect Soil Microbial Communities?
The aim of the experiment was to determine if temporal variations of belowground activity reflect the influence of the Cry1Ab protein from transgenic maize on soil bacteria and, hence, on a regulatory change of the microbial community (ability to metabolize sources belonging to different chemical guilds) and/or a change in numerical abundance of their cells. Litter placement is known for its st...

Evaluation of the soil rhizosphere has been limited by the lack of robust assessments that can explore the vast complex structure and diversity of soil microbial communities. Our objective was to combine fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) and pyrosequencing techniques to evaluate soil microbial community structure and diversity. In addition, we evaluated biogeochemical functionality of the microbia...
متن کاملNitrogen fertilizer dose alters fungal communities in sugarcane soil and rhizosphere
Fungi play important roles as decomposers, plant symbionts and pathogens in soils. The structure of fungal communities in the rhizosphere is the result of complex interactions among selection factors that may favour beneficial or detrimental relationships. Using culture-independent fungal community profiling, we have investigated the effects of nitrogen fertilizer dosage on fungal communities i...
