Escherichia coli is a facultative anaerobic bacteria that exists in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. It can cause diarrhea, enteritis, destruction host's intestinal barrier, microecological disturbances. In recent years, due to abuse traditional antibiotics, variety drug-resistant strains super have emerged an endless stream. Therefore, there urgent need find new alternatives antibiotics. Antimicrobial peptides are type small produced when organisms resist invasion foreign microorganisms. They considered be best alternative antibiotics which has become research hotspot years. The antimicrobial peptide MPX extracted from wasp venom good bactericidal effect on many bacteria. To explore against E. coli. function was detected by MIC, plate count, propidium iodide, NPN DiSC3(5) permeability testing, immunofluorescence microscope observation, impact stability temperature, pH, ion. this study, results found antibacterial activity coli, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 31.25 ug/mL. kinetics study had within 6 hours. Bacterial studies shown could increase bacteria, leading protein content bacterial supernatant. addition, NPN, PI showed fluorescence value positively correlated with MPX. test salt ions, etc. slight influence its effect. scanning electron microscopy became smaller contents leaked after action above vitro, laying foundation for development drugs treatment infections.
