چکیده
SUMMARY Geophysicists have widely used least-squares reverse-time migration (LSRTM) to obtain high-resolution images of the subsurface. However, LSRTM is computationally expensive and it can suffer from multiple reflections. Recently, a target-oriented approach has been proposed, which focuses wavefield above target interest. Remarkably, this be helpful for imaging below complex overburdens subsalt domains. Moreover, significantly reduce computational burden problem by limiting domain smaller area. Nevertheless, still needs an accurate velocity model overburden focus accurately predict internal reflections correctly. A viable alternative prediction Marchenko redatuming. This method novel data-driven that Green’s functions at any arbitrary depth, including all orders multiples. The only requirement smooth background overburden. with double-focusing, one make virtual sources receivers boundary bypass paper proposes new algorithm LSRTM, fits double-focused data predicted data. proposed modelled source term created double-focusing on includes interactions between are free multiples generated in Consequently, our suppresses purely inside Our correctly accounts caused overburden, resulting significant reduction artefacts improves amplitude recovery image compared conventional LSRTM.
