Systematic Review – Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of Healthcare Workers in Reporting Adverse Drug Reactions in Sub-Saharan Africa for Pharmacovigilance

Introduction: This study aims to assess intra and interobserver reliability of transorbital ultrasound. To review the knowledge, attitude practices health care workers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists officers in reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for pharmacovigilance sub-Saharan Africa
 Methods: PubMed, Google Scholar Trip databases were used identify papers relevant review. Search results narrowed down through a manual titles abstracts based on inclusion criteria.
 Results: There 35 articles included this It was found that generally, healthcare workers had inadequate knowledge regarding ADRs pharmacovigilance. While private practice doctors have heard could define correctly, more than half did not know how or where report them. The majority positive attitudes toward ADRs. However, there unwillingness some settings due concerns it reflected poor clinical their part. All studies identified consistently underreporting admitted by workers.
 Conclusion: HCWs ADR reporting, significant deficits, particularly contributes under-reporting ADRs, which may implications safety surveillance.
