概 要 肝静脈 カテーテル法 を用い,健 常犬 の肝 の物質 代謝,糖 負荷時の物質 代謝な らびに四塩化炭素 に よる急性中毒性肝障害 犬の物質代謝にか んし検討 を加 えた.空 腹時 におけ る健常犬の血 糖値では, 門 脈血値 が最高値 を示す群 がみ られ,空 腹時 では腸管 において糖 を新生 する可能性が窺知 された 。 体 重毎kglgの 糖の腸間膜静脈 内急速負荷におけ る動脈血,肝 静脈血 な らびに動脈血,ウ ェッジ血 血糖 値較差 に 変化が 現 われ,ウ ェッジ血,肝 静脈血間 には肝 の調 節機構 が関与 してい る如 くであつた. また四塩 比炭素に よる急性 中毒性肝障害18暗 間後 の血糖値 は一様 に低値を と り,低 い血糖値 のleve1で の調節機 構 もさるこ とな が ら,肝 酵 素活性の代償調節機構 の存在 が推定 された.さ らに肝高度...
