Intrauterine insemination (IUI) remains safe, simple relatively cost effective and a valuable initial treatment option, especially in low resource settings for selected group of patients before embarking to assisted reproduction technology treatment. Assisted reproductive (ART) does not include by sperm from either woman’s partner or donor. Numerous factors are influencing the success rate IUI. However, processing method is modifiable factor an induvial basis achieve good rate. Aim methods target analogously effectively filter progressively motile morphologically normal overall sample population resulted enriched with higher fertilizing potential. WHO recommended usually adopted Sri Lanka major categories Sperm Migration Method, Density Gradient Centrifugation Method Column Adherence Method. Each have advantages limitations clinical practice. Therefore, andrologist fertility specialist need decide best possible particular couple optimal IUI according assessment quality quantity.
