<p>The significance of the solar energy is to intensify effectiveness Solar Panel with use a primordial tracking system. Here we propounded positioning system global (GPS) , artificial neural network (ANN) and image processing (IP) . The azimuth angle sun evaluated using GPS which provide latitude, date, longitude time. used find through centroid calculated finally by comparing quadrate achieve optimum point. Weather conditions situation observed AI decision making help IP algorithms. presented advance adaptation analyzed established via experimental effects might be made available on memory cloud carrier for systematization. proposed improve power gain 59.21% 10.32% compare stable (SS) two-axis following (TASF) respectively. reduced error IoT based Two-axis (IoT-TASF) reduces their 0.20 degree.</p>
