??vod a cieÄž: Materi??ly určen?Š k definit?­vnemu plneniu kore??ov??ch kan??likov tvoria neoddeliteÄžn?? s??čas?? vybavenia ka?ždej ordin??cie zubn?Šho lek??ra, pričom sa v z??vislosti od svojho zlo?ženia m?´?žu odli??ova?? niektor??ch svojich fyzik??lnych, chemick??ch biologick??ch vlastnostiach. Tam, kde niektor?Š materi??ly svojimi vlastnos??ami exceluj??, in?Š zas maj?? v???žne nedostatky naopak. To jednotliv?­ v??robcovia sna?žia prekona?? ??pravou ich zlo?ženia, pr?­padne prin????aj?? na trh zalo?žen?Š odli??nej, novej b??ze. v??ak u?ž tak zlo?žit?? prehÄžadnos?? medzi jednotliv??mi typmi materi??lov e??te viac komplikuje. Klinick?? pracovn?­ci neraz stoja pred neÄžahkou ??lohou vybra?? si z ??irokej komplikovanej palety jeden, ktor?? by spÄ???al po?žiadavky spracovateÄžnos??, stabilitu, biokompatibilitu, antibakteri??lne p?´sobenie neposlednej rade finančn?? n??ročnos?? n??sledn?Šho o??etrenia. ??lohou tohto čl??nku je pom?´c?? klinick??m pracovn?­kom orient??cii pou?ž?­van??mi s??časnej endodoncii kore??ov?Šho kan??lika taktie?ž uÄžahči?? v??ber ide??lneho materi??- lu do praxe. V prvej časti bola pozornos?? venovan?? konvenčn??m tradičn??m materi??lom zalo?žen??m hydroxide v??penatom, zinkoxid eugenole zlat?Šmu ??tandardu endodoncii, polyepoxidov??ch ?živiciach, bolo pojedn??van?Š o vlastnostiach, ako doba tuhnutia, pH pri tuhnut?­, radioopacita, rozpustnos?? n??chylnos?? vzniku netesnost?­ kore??ovej v??pl- ne čase, objemov?Š zmeny prebiehaj??ce po stuhnut?­ t??chto materi??lov, cytotoxicita, antibakter??lne vlastnosti schopnos?? zafarbova?? čase tvrd?Š zubn?Š tkaniv??. Materi??ly, met??dy: Druh?? čas?? zaober?? materi??lmi zalo?žen??mi metakryl??tov??ch silik??noch z??ver obr??ten?? najnov???­ trend endodoncie - biokeramick?Š materi??ly. Po porovnan?­ vlastnost?­ jednotliv??ch ktor??m t??to venovan??, mo?žno poveda??, ?že metakryl??tov?Š sealery mierne vlastnosti, nezafarbuj?? tkaniv??, ale vykazuj?? miernu stredne vysok?? a?ž cytotoxicitu. Sealery b??ze silik??nov vyznačuj?? v??bornou biokompatibilitou, mal??m sklonom zafarbovaniu tvrd??ch zubn??ch tkan?­v, minim??lnou rozpustnos??ou tkanivov??ch tekutin??ch len veÄžmi malou tendenciou netesnost?­, av??ak ??činky s?? mal?Š, ?žiadne. Nov?Š vynikaj?? predov??etk??m v??born??mi antibakteri??lnymi vlastnos??ami, n?­zkou mierou rozpustnosti n??chylnos??ou netesnostiam, aj n?­zkym rizikom zafarbovania určit?? mieru cytotoxicity.
