چکیده
Abstract Background Schools are crowded places where outbreaks can occur. Systems capable of disinfecting air and surfaces could reduce the risk transmission infectious diseases. Aim to evaluate effectiveness a near-UVA (nUVA) LED ceiling lamp in improving environmental hygiene. Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted for 2 weeks between November December 2020 kindergarten Siena, Italy. Four lamps with wavelength 405 nm were mounted on room ceiling. The distance from floor 2.70 m 2.0 desks. We preliminary selected 12 points different sites by measuring their irradiance values. randomly sampled 8 pairs Petri Dishes (PD) daily during study, incubated at 22 36C°, irradiation times: 8, or 36 hours. Paired controls used before using (at time T0), which automatically switched ON overnight compared treatment T1). Air sampling also performed T0 T1. Statistical analysis Stata 14. Significance set 95% (p < 0.05). Results 520 PDs study: 130 matched T1 °C as many °C. mean level contamination respectively 249 CFU (95 % CI 193.1 - 305.0) 535.2 (374.3 696.1) reduction significant 0.05) T1: we had 87.4 (56.3 118.6), equal 65%, 36C° 149.6 (83.7 215.4), 72%, 22C°. Different values recorded stratifying dose (irradiance per exposition time). A percentage 95.3% (98.4 92.3). Conclusions system able improve hygiene kindergarten. advantage this technology presence people is very important context controlling contamination. Key messages • Near-UVA efficient reducing significantly real-life context, air. Crowded favour germ outbreaks. Hygiene control essential

This paper presents a low loss and high selective lowpass filter which is implemented using suspended stripline (SSL) technology. The proposed structure is comprised of a 13th order generalized Chebyshev lowpass filter which enjoys integrated waveguide-to-SSL transitions. This filter is designed and fabricated to be used as lowpass channel of a U-band diplexer employed in frontend of a U-band d...
