S-Scheme Heterojunction Photocatalyst for Photocatalytic H2O2 Production: A Review

چکیده

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a clean and mild oxidant that receiving increasing attention. The photocatalytic H2O2 production process utilizes solar energy as an source H2O O2 material sources, making it safe sustainable process. However, the high recombination rate of photogenerated carriers low utilization visible light limit H2O2. S-scheme heterojunctions can significantly reduce electron–hole pairs retain reduction oxidation capacity due to presence internal electric field. Therefore, necessary develop heterojunction photocatalysts with simple preparation methods performance.
