Research on Structure Design and Simulation Test of Double-Layer Chain Plate Shared Dryer

چکیده

In order to reduce the fuel consumption rate of traditional belt drying device and improve utilization internal space equipment, a double-layer chain plate shared is designed in this paper. The adopts transmission mode, which can simultaneously make use upper lower plates chain, mode combined heat source. Based on gas-solid transfer theory, numerical simulation model chamber dryer was established, temperature field variation hot air conveyor analyzed. Through analysis, results show that inside oven evenly distributed, difference between boundary small. Combined with comparative analysis chili process curve, it verified effectively control change its efficiency dryer. research paper will lay theoretical foundation for industrial application
