Research on Career Identity in China: A Literature Review

Career identity is one of the important topics to study psychological problems employees, especially after outbreak CoV-19. Being a populous country in world, China has large number employees from all walks life, and its research on career attracted more attention. Thus, this aims sort out history, characteristics, trends through literature review, which can help scholars pay attention China’s research. In study, Citespace used statistically analyze selected National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) Web Science (WOS). The results show that: (1) historical evolution be divided into three stages: germination, development maturity. (2) From perspective cooperation between authors institutions, researchers tend do independent research, mainly focusing field psychology. (3) key words, employability are main high-frequency words. (4) cluster analysis, focuses include social support, teachers’ identity, influencing factors, job involvement. (5) emergent it seen that roles differences urban rural areas weakening, factors such as satisfaction gradually strengthening frontier theme. Finally, according existing analysis results, predicts future trend thinks will extend fields concept explanation, interdisciplinary scientific tools, so on.
