Digitalization has significant power to boost the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Most scholars approached phenomenon from different standpoints by examining effects information technology skills, digital systems capabilities, communication technologies (ICT) adoption, digitalization on firm performance. However, although terms are interrelated, impact maturity SMEs' been rarely investigated.
