The fabrication of advanced materials which possess an array desired properties is a significant accomplishment humanity. Composites are described as enhanced they various advantages over conventional materials, why these composite seen viable alternatives in diverse engineering fields such the aerospace, electronics and automobile industries. This work involved metallic with use aluminium (AA1237) crushed Al2O3 ceramic particles 150nm 600nm sizes reinforcement. manufacturing samples was accomplished using liquid phase process stir casting, were subjected to mechanical electrical tests. For both hardness tensile tests, specimen Al/Al2O3/10p/150nm ( 10 per cent) had highest values 14.9 HBS 124.41 MPa respectively. conductivity test affirmed presence non-conductive control value.
