Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is involved in many vital biochemical processes the human body. Rose hips are a natural source of ascorbic acid. used decoctions and vitamin herbal teas. Russian compendial methods for quantitative determination have certain limitations precluding its objective measurement drugs, drug preparations, medicinal products. The aim study was to develop an analytical procedure products using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Materials . two products, Hips (rose hips) Vitamin Herbal Tea 2 rowan fruits), reference standards acid, rutoside, quercetin, gallic caffeic chlorogenic luteolin-7-glucoside, citric DL-malic thiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride. authors 1260 Infinity II chromatograph with diode array detector by Agilent Inertsil ODS-3 chromatographic column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) GL Sciences.
