چکیده
Background: Pulsed field ablation (PFA) is a new type of physical energy source in the fields tumor and atrial fibrillation ablation, based on irreversible electroporation with non-thermal, clear boundaries, selective killing, rapid advantages. PFA induces changes electrical conductivity zone, which can be described by step function used to predict zone. However, current research has not compared advantages disadvantages different models, nor considered effects model parameters due individual differences errors efficacy PFA. Objectives: To compare two commonly models (Heaviside Gompertz model), quantify influence input uncertainty output Methods: This work employs quantification sensitivity analysis parameter output, clarify distribution, provide selection criteria from perspectives complexity, robustness. Combined finite element simulation, study quantifies most sensitive threshold Results: Different exhibit robustness when there same proportion variation parameters. The Heaviside model, determined single factor, strong jointly multiple parameters, making it susceptible various conditions. pre-treatment tissue are affecting assessment depth. Changes result Gaussian distribution greater change conductivity, depth, but nonlinear proportional relationship. Conclusions: approach improve accuracy reliability prediction, visual global way show uncertainties ranking, effectively reduce computational costs, optimize candidate models. strategy enhance credibility simplify mathematical physics simulation
