ABSTRACTA study was conducted with the purpose of comparing antioxidant properties aquadest extracts three varieties red rice straw: Memberamo, Ciherang, and Barak Cenana. The extraction done using ultrasound-assisted (UAE) technique. compound profiling phenolic compounds in were by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) gas (GC). activity measurements DPPH FRAP assays, garlic acid as standard. total content assay showed no significant difference among straw varieties.
