Primary Nodal Merkel Cell Carcinoma: Rare Presentation

Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a very rare high-grade neuroendocrine that frequently located in the skin. Although most cases are associated with polyomavirus, there also which virus cannot be detected. The purpose of presenting case MCC primary nodal involvement due to its presentation. 
 A 59-year-old male patient presented hospital painless mass neck. Imaging analyses revealed necrotic lymphadenopathies on neck, measuring up 4.5 cm size. After an explorative surgery preliminary diagnoses lymphoma and squamous , samples taken from excised showed morphology. In addition markers, CK7 CK20 positivity were observed immunohistochemical tests performed. As result, was evaluated favor negativity markers performed exclude other malignancies. Subsequently, diagnosis made absence different focus than lymph node PET imaging analysis.
