چکیده
SARS-CoV-2, the seventh coronavirus known to infect humans after 229E, NL63, 0C43, HKU1, MERS-CoV, and original SARS-CoV, has a large positive-stranded RNA genome of 29,891 nucleotides 9,860 amino acids. It is strain that causes COVID 19. was first discovered in Chinese city Wuhan. undergoes several mutations hence posing great difficulty finding suitable inhibitor. This studies previous potential Sars-cov-2 receptors their interaction with inhibitors. There are four measures take generating SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors might surpass mutation should it arise which includes; a. two or more mechanism inhibition virus target b. employing host c. complex forming compounds will interfere viral-host cell fusion independent organism d. human receptor lookalikes higher affinity (proteins). Employing any these produce good inhibitor however, drug resistance may emerge quickly treatment as result numerous experience but uncommon, treatments cells delay emergence resistance.

Introduction: Over the past 20 years, seven coronaviruses have caused more or less severe respiratory diseases in humans. Among these, the most important ones are SARS-CoV and the coronavirus, a similar virus that has created a pandemic called Covid-19 since 2019, belonging to the b-category of beta-coronaviruses called Sarbecovirus. This virus is due to a kind of spike-like structure to the A...
متن کاملAnalysis of Sars-CoV-2 RBD Mutations in Khuzestan Province, Iran—A Retrospective Study, 2021
Background and Objective: One of the main reasons for the ongoing pandemic is the substitutions in the Receptor binding domain(RBD), which is involved in binding to the ACE2 receptor. Methods: Oro-nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from 41 confirmed patients between September 2020 and May 2021 to analyze the mutations of SARS-CoV-2 RBD in Khuzestan Province. Bi-Directional sequencing was use...

Compounds approved for therapeutic use and in vitro inhibitors of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) were evaluated for inhibition in the mouse SARS-CoV replication model. A hybrid interferon, interferon alpha (IFN-alpha) B/D, and a mismatched double-stranded (ds) RNA interferon (IFN) inducer, Ampligen (poly I:poly C124), were the only compounds that potently inhibited vir...
متن کاملSerology Testing for SARS-CoV-2: Benefits and Challenges
As COVID-19 was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020, it is an emerging need to discuss different aspects of this pandemic. In any pandemic, valid and rapid laboratory diagnostic tests are critically important for early diagnosis, which will increase the rate of successful treatment and more importantly prevent the spread of the disease.
