چکیده

Abstract The broad applications of antibiotics in the field medicine and animal husbandry to treat bacterial infections humans animals have affected rise risks related antibiotic contamination. Since presence environment is harmful ecological system, this concern needs be addressed. Among various methods, biodegradation by harnessing specific enzymes such as laccase eliminate has attracted huge attention due its excellent ability performance. In study, laccase-encoding gene from Trametes hirsuta was introduced integrated into an expression host, Pichia pastoris . Furthermore, recombinant then investigated for potential activity degrade ampicillin. enzyme determined using syringaldazine a substrate, while ampicillin tested against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus disk diffusion assay. could successfully expressed P. with highest at 716 U L −1 showed functionally deactivate antibacterial. This study indicates that use considered promising approach since it safe, sustainable, eco-friendly.

Production of a recombinant laccase from Pichia pastoris and biodegradation of chlorpyrifos in a laccase/vanillin system.

The recombinant strain P. pastoris GS115-lccC was used to produce laccase with high activity. Factors influencing laccase expression, such as pH, methanol concentration, copper concentration, peptone concentration, shaker rotate speed, and medium volume were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, laccase activity reached 12,344 U/L on day 15. The recombinant enzyme was purified by precipit...

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
