Personal Expediency of Psychological Resources Actualization

The aim of the article is to characterize empirically personal expediency a person’s actualization his own psychological resources. In empirical study, methods questionnaire were used, as well such mathematical and statistical analysis data cluster, regression, correlation, classification, discriminant analysis. study was carried out according Nelson’s model, which assumed discrimination indicators actualizing resources by coherence systemic reflection. The results research. content feeling coherence, generalizes resources, are experiences values subject reflection, namely: aspects  experience – efforts satisfaction, motivational independence universalism. resourcefulness ability person operate with that able invest update. Reflected resource made up resources: positive relationships others, goals in life, faith, mercy, creative activity, reflections, physical self-confidence, love, creativity, faith goodness, work on oneself, responsibility. Conclusions. can be interpreted per­son’s achievement successful author’s way being through application efforts. their main indicator sense characterizes desire for activity. revealed satisfaction regarding an independent understanding merciful attitude towards others deter­mining goal life.
