Peritoneal pseudocysts (PPs) in patients who are diagnosed with Crohn’s disease (CD), is a rarely entity unknown epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis. We present the case of 30-year old male known CD presented an acute abdomen because PP. PPs developed as complication caused patients, suffering from mainly thee conditions. Firstly, appear continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), they also trauma finally patients. Our belongs to these three reported cases our literature review, since it refers patient that PPs. He underwent emergency laparotomy excision cyst, good postoperative results.
