Abstract For decades, both researchers and management specialists along with human resources have tried to explain, understand, measure evaluate the consequences of main organizational phenomena considered be responsible for employee performance, their intention stay within or leave organization, as well other notable implications on performance organizations, such absenteeism scrap’s reduction. Organizational commitment is one most important behaviors that leads a better decrease reduce negative manifested by employees in relation organization. Also, existence high creation an innovative working environment. Currently, topics, analyzed academic literature among practitioners. This reason why, this paper, we aimed analyze evolution structure scientific papers approached subject, using method bibliometric analysis. The data needed order perform analysis was extracted from Web Science Scopus.
