چکیده
Adaptive optical elements are often used to compensate for disturbances in the beam enhance image quality. If element is thin, force profile its motion may lead a significant unevenness of surface impairing A remedy falls back on overactuation with larger number actuators. However, question arises what minimal actuators given requirement is. Thus, we investigate case low-frequent reference acceleration spatial degrees freedom rigid body, where elastic modes thin plate experience quasi-static amplification. Considering information modes, an optimal mapping demanded leading deviation from ideally flat derived analytically. Furthermore, this and nonsquare relative gain array (RGA) exploited obtain actuator placement further reduce deformation. Numerical results show major improvement flattening compared neglecting about Pareto front that supports choice
