چکیده
Flower bud differentiation is a key component of plant blooming biology and understanding how it works vital for flowering regulation genetic breeding, increasing the number quality flowering. Red soil most widely covered type in world, also suitable crape myrtle planting. The flower buds (Lagerstroemia indica) planted red were employed as experimental materials this study, distinct periods identified using stereomicroscopy paraffin sectioning. We optimized steps dehydration, transparency, embedding, sectioning staining when employing sections. When seen under microscope, optimization can make cell structure sections obvious, tissue complete, clear natural. process divided into 7 based on anatomical observations external morphology internal during differentiation: undifferentiated period, start inflorescence calyx petal stamen pistil period. time concentrated from end May to mid-June. Crape complicated process, specific regulatory mechanism affecting elements need be investigated further.

Screening of molecular markers linked to dwarf trait in crape myrtle by bulked segregant analysis.
Plant height is one of the most important traits of plant architecture as it modulates both economic and ornamental values. Crape myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica L.) is a popular ornamental woody plant because of its long-lasting mid-summer bloom, rich colors, and diversified plant architecture. These traits also make it an ideal model of woody species for genetic analysis of many ornamental trait...
متن کاملDigital Infrared Thermal Imaging of Crape Myrtle Leaves Infested with Sooty Mold
The spatial patterns for temperature distribution on crape myrtle leaves infested with sooty mold were investigated using a digital infrared thermal imaging camera. The mean temperatures of the control and sooty regions were 26.98°C and 28.44°C, respectively. In the thermal images, the sooty regions appeared as distinct spots, indicating that the temperatures in these areas were higher than tho...

متن کاملTransport and metabolism of gibberellins in relation to flower bud differentiation in Norway spruce (Picea abies).
A mixture of tritiated and deuterated gibberellin A(4) (GA(4)) was injected into the xylem of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst) propagules, below an elongating shoot, or applied directly on the needles of an elongating shoot. The distribution of [(2)H(2)]GA(4) and [(3)H]GA(4) in the needles, stems and buds was determined after 4, 12 and 24 h. After 4 h, most of the xylem-injected GA(4) was...
