چکیده
To investigate the effect of naringin on fibrosis transforming growth factor-beta 1 induced human embryonic lung fibroblasts MRC-5 and its potential mechanism. cells were treated with different concentrations naringin, 5 ng/ml 2 μmol/l nuclear factor kappa B activator phorbol myristate acetate. The experiment was divided into blank group, 1+naringin group 1+naringin+phorbol acetate group. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide, flow cytometry scratch experiments used to analyze cell viability, cycle distribution migration ability. Western blot examine protein levels. With increase concentration, viability gradually decreased. Compared cycle, rate, alpha-smooth muscle actin, collagen I alpha 1, fibronectin, phosphorylatednuclear p65 phosphorylated-nuclear factor-kappa inhibitor expression in increased. Naringin inhibited factorbeta proliferation, through inactivating pathway. Besides, could reverse naringinmediated inhibition compared reduced 1-induced by inhibiting

The Role of Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGFβ1) in Nasal and Paranasal Sinuses Polyposis
Background and Objectives: Nasal polyposis is a diseases resulting from complex pathogenetic mechanisms. Some studies showed that TGFβ1 had significant role in this pathogenesis. In this study, we investigated the roe of cytokines and mediators in polyp development. Material and Methods: In this case- control study, healthy nasal mucosal samples were obtained from 24 peopl...
متن کاملComparison of a Suggested Model of Fibrosis in Human Dermal Fibroblasts by Serum from Systemic Sclerosis Patients with Transforming Growth Factor β Induced in vitro Model
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a chronic autoimmune disease, featuring fibrosis in multiple organs. The serum from SSc patients contain inflammatory mediators, contributing to SSc pathogenesis and could be used to develop cell culture models. Here, we compared the fibrotic effects of serum samples from SSc patients with TGFβ1 on human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). HDF cells were cultured in four diff...
متن کاملTumor Necrosis Factor- Induces Transforming Growth Factor- 1 Expression in Lung Fibroblasts Through the Extracellular Signal–Regulated Kinase Pathway
Increased expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)1 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)are thought to play important roles in the development of pulmonary fibrosis. We recently reported that TNFupregulates TGF1 expression in primary mouse lung fibroblasts (MLFs), a key cell population in fibrogenesis. In the present study, we have investigated signal transduction pathways involved in TNFupreg...
متن کاملTransforming growth factor-beta and fibrosis.
Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta), a prototype of multifunctional cytokine, is a key regulator of extracellular matrix (ECM) assembly and remodeling. Specifically, TGF-beta isoforms have the ability to induce the expression of ECM proteins in mesenchymal cells, and to stimulate the production of protease inhibitors that prevent enzymatic breakdown of the ECM. Elevated TGF-beta expressi...
متن کاملMaresin 1 inhibits transforming growth factor-β1-induced proliferation, migration and differentiation in human lung fibroblasts
The myofibroblast has been implicated to be an important pathogenic cell in all fibrotic diseases, through synthesis of excess extracellular matrix. Lung fibroblast migration, proliferation and differentiation into a myofibroblast‑like cell type are regarded as important steps in the formation of lung fibrosis. In the present study, the effect of maresin 1 (MaR 1), a pro‑resolving lipid mediato...
