One of the important characteristics era globalization is high level competition which covers almost all lines life, including world science and technology. The progress technology has become basis as well spearhead development global information led to birth a culture had an impact on changing patterns human behavior. Ideally, these major changes will be able improve quality resources in fields. Schools/madrasas are part national education system. main problem faced by schools/madrasas general related management includes 8 National Education Standards. MTs Hidayatus Syibyan Cirebon Regency educational institution that advantages from various aspects can used reference for other schools/madrasas. In this research, school/madrasah examined three standards, namely; Content Standards, Process Standards Educators Personnel Standards.
