چکیده

The release of waste oil into the environment will have destructive effects. Gasification is an advanced and environmentally friendly process for converting oils clean combustible gas products. Thermochemical equilibrium modeling has been used in this method to predict performance a downdraft gasifier. This model uses thermodynamic gasification reactions gases produced mixture. Having percentage components produced, different characteristics including H2:CO ratio, temperature calorific value gas, Cold efficiencies carbon conversion efficiency are also obtained. effect equivalence oxygen enrichment pressure on properties analyzed. simulation results compared with reported experimental measurements through which numerical confirmed. indicated that ratio (mole air per mole combustion) between 0.4 0.42 had potential yield highest about 10.5 Mj.m-3. gaseous mixture range be 2000 K can other processes such as steam generation. Using pure instead reduces gasifier from 78% 55%. Pressure changes 10 65 bar cause 1684 1690 Kelvin. decreases 1.6 0.6 increasing increases 1.2 enrichment.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

Bio Gas Oil Production from Waste Lard

Besides the second generations bio fuels, one of the most promising products is the bio gas oil, which is a high iso-paraffin containing fuel, which could be produced by the catalytic hydrogenation of different triglycerides. To broaden the feedstock of the bio gas oil the catalytic hydrogenation of waste lard over sulphided NiMo/Al(2)O(3) catalyst, and as the second step, the isomerization of ...

Simulation and modeling of hydrogen production from glucose biomass model compound via hydro-thermal gasification

Glucose is a 6-carbon carbohydrate compound present in plants and the ingredient for hemicellulose which makes up 30% of plants’ total mass. The current study uses glucose as reactant and evaluates hydrogen generation at different temperatures and different amounts of input flow of glucose – water mixture. Hydrothermal gasification method is used for hydrogen generation in an open system with c...

Mathematical Modeling of Waste Fat Pre-Treatment for Biodiesel Production

Waste fat produced by tanneries during the processes in which raw hide is transformed into leather represents a very important raw material for biodiesel production. However, the acid number of this feedstock usually exceeds 2 mg KOH/g, which makes it unsuitable for direct processing into biodiesel via alkali-catalyzed transesterification. An effective and economically viable pre-treatment meth...
