Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Di Palangka Raya

This research discusses about the Management of Integrated Islamic Elementary School Educators in Palangka Raya. The method used is a qualitative descriptive which aims at describing how Raya is. data validity test uses source and triangulation. result shows that implementation has been well applied. It planning needs educators before new academic year, then conducting recruitment using opened-method selection through interview, facilitating with coaching mentoring skill development, implementing promotions transfers, dismissals accordance to procedures, offering compensation rewards educators. implication this good educators' management can improve their performance quality education.
