Lubrication characteristics study of main bearings on crankshaft balance rate

چکیده

Unbalanced inertia force and moment of crankshaft generated by cylinder pressure have a significant effect on the vibration characteristics diesel engine, but study lubrication balance rate needs to be studied. Based Greenwood-Tripp asperity contact theory average Reynolds equation, an elastohydrodynamic (EHD) model main bearing for V-12 engine is developed, influence different rates analyzed. On this basis, factorial experiment ten influencing factors including designed, that significantly affected are screened out factor diagram, statistical analysis residual probability diagram. The results show with has great performance. With increase rate, minimum oil film thickness first increases then decreases, maximum decreases increases. width, clearance, bush repair viscosity effects performance bearing, among which greatest thickness, rough friction power loss.
