Background: Flexible optical fiber bronchoscopy (FFB) is a visual airway tract examination for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. This procedure often causes discomfort patients, such as cough, breathlessness pain. Lidocaine topical anesthetic premedication used in bronchoscopy. study compared the use of lidocaine nebulization spray inhibiting pain, cough complexity flexible optic bronchoscopy.Methods: Pretest posttest control group clinical was conducted patients prior to at RSUD Dr. Moewardi from February March 2020.
