چکیده

Perovskite microwires have a larger surface-to-volume ratio and better photoelectric conversion efficiency than perovskite films. The degree of crystallization also affects the optoelectrical performances microwires. Laser annealing was regarded as tool for crystallization. High light absorption induced fast heating process. A 405 nm violet laser located near peak typical films employed laser. In an in situ experimental design, beam combined into micro Raman measurement system. Real-time information provided. Many excellent works were done, typically needed offline optoelectronic measurements. An mW-level continuous-wave can provide enough kinetic energy crystalline thermal distribution microwire under beams considered here. Polarized signals evidence This work offered novel approach on-site, real-time laser-induced design be used other material procedures. Intensity-dependent conditions crucial processes analyzed detail. substrate effect found. proposed scheme provided integrated novel, scalable, highly effective designs perovskite-based devices.

Thermal Assisted Oxygen Annealing for High Efficiency Planar CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

We report investigations on the influences of post-deposition treatments on the performance of solution-processed methylammonium lead triiodide (CH₃NH₃PbI₃)-based planar solar cells. The prepared films were stored in pure N₂ at room temperature or annealed in pure O₂ at room temperature, 45°C, 65°C and 85°C for 12 hours prior to the deposition of the metal electrodes. It is found that annealing...

Evolution of Photoluminescence, Raman, and Structure of CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite Microwires Under Humidity Exposure

Self-assembled organic-inorganic CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite microwires (MWs) upon humidity exposure along several weeks were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). We show that, in addition to the common perovskite decomposition into PbI2 and the formation of a hydrated phase, humidity induced a gradual PL redshift at the initial weeks t...

Annealing Induced Re-crystallization in CH3NH3PbI3−xClx for High Performance Perovskite Solar Cells

Using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) as hole conductor, a series of inverted planar CH3NH3PbI3-xClx perovskite solar cells (PSCs) were fabricated based on perovskite annealed by an improved time-temperature dependent (TTD) procedure in a flowing nitrogen atmosphere for different time. Only after an optimum annealing time, an optimized power conversion efficie...

Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity in Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite CH3NH3PbI3.

We report on the temperature dependence of thermal conductivity of single crystalline and polycrystalline organometallic perovskite CH3NH3PbI3. The comparable absolute values and temperature dependence of the two samples' morphologies indicate the minor role of the grain boundaries on the heat transport. Theoretical modeling demonstrates the importance of the resonant scattering in both specime...

Light induced structural changes in CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

Perovskite solar cells have recently become one of the most promising alternative to the current solar cell technologies by achieving efficiencies superior to 20%. Owing to their distortable structure these devices have proven to show unusually slow relaxation processes upon illumination. We have identified this phenomenon in the frequency domain by impedance spectroscopy (IS) and in the time d...
