Uterine leiomyoma is common among black women of reproductive age in Africa and associated with infertility. Its definitive means treatment myomectomy which can be approached by laparoscopy or laparotomy. There a need to know if any these two modes affects the chances achieving pregnancy its outcome background Objective: To assess proportion who achieved after laparoscopic laparotomic infertility, their comparison groups.
