Labour outcome following laparoscopic myomectomy in infertility patients in Port Harcourt Nigeria

Laparoscopic myomectomy is being used to surgically treat women with uterine fibroid in our environment. The effect of this treatment modality on achieving pregnancy and its outcome infertility deserves evaluation. Objective: This was assess the fetal maternal pregnant prior laparoscopic background infertility. Result: There had myomectomy, thus giving rate 24.4%. good. mean gestational age at delivery 37.76 ±1.97 weeks babies birth weight 3.09 ± 0.54 kg APGAR score 7.47 2.09. vaginal 23.8% duration hospital stay 4.62 1.43 days. Conclusion: improves chances young associated good labour outcome.
