Penyelenggaraan BRT Trans Jateng koridor Purbalingga– Purwokerto sebagai konektifitas antar wilayah kedua kabupaten/kota. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk meninjau kinerja operasional didasarkan pada dan persepsi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengguna metode importance-performance analysis (IPA). Sedangkan kesesuaian dengan standar ditentukan Kementrian Perhubungan. Hasil diperoleh Koridor – Purbalingga memenuhi antara lain waktu tunggu penumpang, tempuh, headway. Tetapi indikator tidak adalah kecepatan load factor. Indikator dianggap penting perlu dijadikan prioritas peningkatan berdasarkan kepuasan harapan penumpang terletak kuadran I fasilitas keselamatan keadaan darurat di bus, penyandang disabilitas, lanjut usia, wanita hamil kemudahan memperoleh informasi berkaitan rute datang bus Jateng.
