Kaposi Irgang disease is a rare chronic from of cutaneous lupus. We describe case 28 years who was admitted for atrophic scars on both cheeks. The diagnosis systemic lupus with profound retained based immunological and biopsy results. She treated hydroxychloroquine referred to plastic surgery lopfilling.
