This symposium aims to outline new applications of intuition research in organizations mark the 12th year annual events at AoM. The contribution by Steffen et al. illustrates how training mental simulation contributes development crisis response work. Atanasiu and Wickert explore training, focusing on a process help managers acknowledge cultivate use decision-making. Hallo highlight different cultural understandings between West East regarding decision-making problem-solving. Mi investigate configurations contextual factors, intuitive rational decision styles, impact outcomes. Bas Dörfler develop method wayfinding analytical thinkers as an approach design. Yeung Sinclair role body receptor with particular focus sensory perceptions. Antonacopoulou examines sensing sense making through practising sensuousness.
