Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation to Learn as Factors of Resilience in Students' Pedagogical Disciplines - Pilot Study

Motivation determines the dynamics of behaviour and helps in overcoming obstacles. A related concept is resilience, which also relates to stressful situations speaks an individual’s ability adapt challenging circumstances life. The aim this paper was investigate relationship between resilience motivation learn students studying field education. One hundred thirty participated research (100 bachelor 30 master students). instrument used measure Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 10) detemine Academic (AMS-C 28) tool used. Mann-Whitney test found no significant difference two groups each variables measured. results show a association types intrinsic particular, but strongest lack motivation. Students with low scored higher on amotivation. For at university, based drives assumed be self-evident. However, overcome obstacles necessary for attainment learning goals. Its degree can developed through educational intervention, provides opportunity university teachers expand their area operation.
