چکیده
In the concept of process signature, relationship between a material load and modification remaining in workpiece is used to better understand optimize manufacturing processes. The basic prerequisite for this be able measure loads occurring during machining form mechanical deformations. Speckle photography suitable in-process measurement task already variety ways in-plane deformation measurements. shortcoming fast robust technique based on image correlation techniques that out-of-plane deformations direction system cannot detected increases error paper, we investigate method infers local motions surface from decorrelation speckle patterns thus reconstruct three-dimensional fields. implementation evaluation enables reconstruction 3D fields, so capability remains given. First measurements deep rolling show dynamic underneath die can captured demonstrate suitability analysis.

Speckle-based three-dimensional velocity measurement using spatial filtering velocimetry.
We present an optical method for measuring the real-time three-dimensional (3D) translational velocity of a diffusely scattering rigid object observed through an imaging system. The method is based on a combination of the motion of random speckle patterns and regular fringe patterns. The speckle pattern is formed in the observation plane of the imaging system due to reflection from an area of t...
متن کاملThree-Dimensional Continuous Displacement Measurement with Temporal Speckle Pattern Interferometry
A speckle interferometer which can measure whole field three-dimensional displacements continuously and dynamically has been built. Three different wavelength lasers are used to produce the speckle interferograms of the two in-plane displacements (displacements in the x- and y-direction) and one out-of-plane displacement (displacement in the z-direction), respectively. One color CCD camera is e...
متن کاملUse of three-dimensional ultrasonography of the eye and measurement of optical long axis in dog
This study was conducted to determine the use of three-dimensional ultrasonography (3DU) in ocular imaging of the dog and measuring of its optical axis. 12 healthy mixed-breed dogs including 6 males and 6 females were studied. 3DU of the eyes were done using a 5–12 MHz linear trapezoid transducer. 3DU of the eyes were evaluated and the normal optical long axis through a line between the cornea ...

Animals- 10 mixed normal dogs (5males, 5 females), age 1-1.5 year, and weighting 15±5 kg Procedure- 3D ultrasounds of the eyes were evaluated and the normal optical nerves in 3DUS images were measured using Volouson 730 pro....
متن کاملThree-dimensional Measurement and Defect Detection Based on Single Image
Three-dimensional measurement and defect detection is an effective guarantee for improving the product quality. In this paper, we present a new 3-D overall measurement method using only one image, which can be effectively used in the defect detection. Compared with the former defect technology, such as the eddy current technology, the leakage of magnetic technology, the infrared technology, and...
