Impact of Soil Conditioners and Cyanobacteria under Varied Irrigation Levels on Growth and Productivity of Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in Sandy Soil

During the winter seasons 2021/2022 and 2022/2023, two field experiments were conducted at Ismailia Experiment Research Station in Governorate, Egypt, to assess effect of soil conditioners cyanobacteria different irrigation levels on growth productivity wheat plants grown sandy soil. The experimental treatments arranged split-split plot design shown below: Two bio fertilizer represented by subplot A0: no application A1: (Anabaena crcinalis) inoculation. Four natural conditioner a rate 2.4 mg ha-1 sub-sub (control): application, (Z) zeolite, (B) bentonite, (F) feldspar. results revealed that inoculation combined with resulted positive statistically significant increases all parameters studied. highest mean values obtained majority cases when feldspar 70% level, difference full level. All increased per plant. investigated factors had impact NPK uptake grains straw, total amino acid percentages grains, available Furthermore, presence associated led an increase dehydrogenase, indole acetic levels. Therefore, objectives this study use as resources minimize water while boosting production characteristics plants. Finally, findings suggested inoculating combination can reduce up 30% amount required plants, using be recommended improve fertility minimizing environmental chemical fertilizer.
