Hybrid Teaching during Covid-19—A Case Study of Public Universities in Kosovo

Hybrid teaching is a complex approach of and learning, which combination both face-to-face virtual classes held simultaneously. This began to be used massively during the global pandemic Covid-19 throughout world, since March has become indispensable in Kosovo as well. More focus was course given classes, people were not allowed go out due restrictions. These distance created situation that stable for education system demonstrated major educational challenges lecturers students. The purpose this paper analyse how higher managed with hybrid teaching, it perceived by students, more preferable parties. We have qualitative method retrieve data, done using questionnaire tool gathering information. questionnaires distributed number 348 English majors, 40 professors assistants from three public universities Kosovo.
