چکیده
Hydropower is one of the major and sustainable energy production centers across world. Energy has several challenges uncertainty to alleviate poverty in our country. The main aim this study was selecteding hydropower potentials Temcha watershed with integrated approaches using GIS hydrological models (SWAT). For potential selection, it used weather (metrological), geospatial data. result shows that a high discharge amount corresponding head been identified upper course river its associated values 300m3/year. In middle river, power would be 126 MWmw/year. Generally, overall were 2500

Comparison of Three GIS-Based Hydrological Models
Three geographic information system GIS -based distributed hydrological models were developed for flood simulation and forecasting in a subbasin of the Yellow River. A grid-and-topography-based distributed hydrological physical model, i.e., the GTOPMODEL model, is described that includes vegetation and root interception, evapotranspiration, and runoff generation via the saturation excess mechan...
متن کاملGIS Based AGNPS Assessment Model in a Small Watershed
AGNPS, which is an agricultural non-point source pollution model, was used in combination with GIS tools to assess the feasibility of water quality effluent trading for phosphorus, in Morrow Lake sub-watershed, Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. GIS software packages (Arc/Info and ArcView) were used to prepare data input for the model and post process the results. The sensitivity of AGNPS parameters was...
متن کاملHydrological Modeling of Zolachai Watershed in Salmas Townshipe (Chehric Alia) in GIS Environment by Using of ARC SWAT Model
In the present study, the ARC SWAT model in ARC GIS software was used to model the Zolachai watershed in the city of Salmas (Chehric Alia). For sensitivity analysis, calibration, SPSS statistical software was used. In the model used from precipitation data, minimum temperature, maximum temperature and daily relative humidity of rain gauge and synoptic stations in the study area for 35 years (...
متن کاملA GIS-Coupled Hydrological Model System for the Watershed Assessment of Agricultural Nonpoint and Point Sources of Pollution
This paper introduces AVSWAT, a GIS based hydrological system linking the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) water quality model and ArcView Geographic Information System software. The main purpose of AVSWAT is the combined assessment of nonpoint and point pollution loading at the watershed scale. The GIS component of the system, in addition to the traditional functions of data acquisition...
متن کاملSimulation of Hydrological Balance in Eskandari Watershed Using SWAT Model and algorithms SUFI2
In order to manage watersheds, especially in mountainous areas that are not adequately station hydrological phenomena simulation is important. In this study, the SWAT model used to simulate hydrologic basin Eskandari. Calibration and validation of models for the periods 2006-1992 and 2009-2015, respectively, using the algorithm SUFI2 in software SWAT CUP was done. To evaluate the simulation re...
