Abstract Titanium and its alloys take attention, especially in aerospace, automotive, biomedical applications because of their strength, corrosion resistance, biocompatibility. components, general, are produced by sheet metal forming. However, the springback effect is a critical problem forming process due to difficult formability titanium sheets. In present study, hot was applied sheets investigate deformation temperature on microstructure, mechanical properties, behavior commercially pure grade 2 The angles were measured at CAD model after scanned 3D scanner. tensile test, hardness measurements, microstructural analysis examined using specimens that cut from sidewall bottom deformed as U-profile. results reveal microstructure substantially changed, reduced with increasing temperature; thus, optimum obtained compared data room temperature.
