چکیده
In the present study, amaranth, which is a very important azo dye used in food, drug, paper, cosmetic and textile industries, was evaluated for its genotoxic potential by plant model organism Triticum aestivum (wheat). The impacts of salicylic acid on damage, alterations DNA methylation due to amaranth stress L. were also investigated. marker techniques Inter-retrotransposon amplified polymorphisms (IRAP) Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats (ISSR) identify damage. Amaranth at four different doses (50, 100, 250, 500 mg/l) two (0.50 mM 0.75 mM) used. all caused damage reduced Genomic template stability (GTS %). It found that there an increase genomic combination with Amaranth.

The wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.
The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...
متن کاملTranscript-specific, single-nucleotide polymorphism discovery and linkage analysis in hexaploid bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.).
Food security is a global concern and substantial yield increases in cereal crops are required to feed the growing world population. Wheat is one of the three most important crops for human and livestock feed. However, the complexity of the genome coupled with a decline in genetic diversity within modern elite cultivars has hindered the application of marker-assisted selection (MAS) in breeding...
متن کاملSingle-nucleotide polymorphism frequency in a set of selected lines of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.).
Information on single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in hexaploid bread wheat is still scarce. The goal of this study was to detect SNPs in wheat and examine their frequency. Twenty-six bread wheat lines from different origins worldwide were used. Specific PCR-products were obtained from 21 genes and directly sequenced. SNPs were discovered from the alignment of these sequences. The overall se...
متن کاملAcid Carboxypeptidases in Grains and Leaves of Wheat, Triticum aestivum L.
Extracts of resting and germinating (3 days at 20 degrees C) wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv Ruso) grains rapidly hydrolyzed various benzyloxycarbonyldipeptides (Z-dipeptides) at pH 4 to 6. Similar activities were present in extracts of mature flag leaves. Fractionation by chromatography on CM-cellulose and on Sephadex G-200 showed that the activities in germinating grains were due to five acid ...
